Thank you for shopping at Oak Woods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we process refunds for returned items.

Eligibility for reimbursements

We offer refunds for items returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage or improper use.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Refund process

Return request

To initiate a return, contact us at suport@delura.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.  

Return shipping

After your request has been approved, you will receive a return label and instructions to return your item to our return address.

Inspection and approval

Once we receive your item, it will be inspected. We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Refund period

If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-refundable items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items returned after the 14-day period.
  • Products that are not in their original condition or are missing parts due to customer error.
  • Items on sale (if marked as final sale).

Delays or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card provider — there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
